Program Overview:

Asia Pulp & Paper is a forward-thinking organization with a global footprint, seeking to cultivate the next generation of leaders in Indonesia. We are launching an exclusive Leadership Development Job Opportunities that spans various critical functions, including Procurement Category Leadership, Treasury, IT, Digital Transformation, Internal Auditing, and Human Resources. Our Leadership Development Program is a comprehensive, cross-functional leadership journey that prepares high-potential individuals for senior leadership roles. The program is tailored for candidates from China who are eager to make a significant impact in Indonesia. Key Focus Areas:

Procurement Category Leadership: Develop and implement category plans that align with the company's overall strategic objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers is crucial. The leader must work closely with suppliers to improve delivery times, quality standards, and negotiate favorable terms that enhance the organization's competitive edge. Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising on quality. This includes leveraging market intelligence to negotiate better contracts and exploring new sourcing opportunities

Treasury: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions across Asia to support our business needs.Manage the company's cash and liquidity positions, ensuring optimal utilization of funds.Oversee the execution of financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

IT: Lead Technology Initiatives: You will be at the forefront of driving technology strategies that support business goals. This involves staying abreast of emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on the business, and advocating for their adoption where beneficial。A critical aspect of your role is to safeguard the company's digital assets. This includes working with IT security teams to develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Improve Business Relationship Management: A core responsibility is to build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs, and translating them into technology solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes

Digital Transformation: Implement automation, enhance information systems, and leverage intelligence to improve business processes.

Internal Auditing: Evaluate internal controls, assess risk management, and ensure compliance with regulations .

Human Resources: Oversee organizational development, HR business partnering, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives .
