Role Description

As a Product Development Intern, you will assist in the development of KUMPUL's access platform. You will work closely with the Platform team and developer to ensure the successful preparation and implementation of the platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Business Requirement Document (BRD) Preparation: Assisting in the creation of detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to clearly define the features, functionalities, and specifications of the platform.
  2. Coordination with Developers: Collaborating with the development team to ensure that product development aligns with the BRD, tracking progress, and addressing any technical issues or adjustments needed.
  3. Product Testing Support: Assisting in the preparation and execution of product testing, ensuring the product meets quality standards and is user-friendly before its release.
  4. Internal Team Collaboration: Working with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment in product development and the achievement of impactful results.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of product development processes and application lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Previous internship experience in product development or software development is a plus.
