About Our Client

We are currently representing one of luxury residential development company in Jabodetabek area.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of residential properties, ensuring high standards of efficiency and effectiveness in property management.
  • Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and maintain positive relationships.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and business plans, ensuring profitability while monitoring financial performance through regular reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing and marketing strategies to optimize rental income and occupancy levels. Promote rental spaces for events and other activities.
  • Strong relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction. Manage tenant inquiries and oversee contracts related to advertising, promotions, and fit-out works.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence in property management and customer service.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to enhance property value and appeal through strategic improvements and renovations.
  • Ensure all operational matters comply with corporate governance and best practices, maintaining high standards across all properties.
  • Drive a customer-centric approach within the team, ensuring a positive experience for all tenants and stakeholders.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing, Real Estate, Building Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of leadership experience in property management or real estate, with proven Profit & Loss responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and performance management.
  • Familiarity with various business functions and best practices in corporate governance.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a talent for team management.
  • Proactive problem-solver, able to think creatively and adapt to challenges.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, with effective presentation skills.
  • High level of customer service focus and a genuine passion for the retail sector.
