We are a Fintech-certified company that builds an all-in-one application for financial institutions. Our application allows advisers to manage client data, creating financial plans, and integrating an AI chatbot to enhance the accessibility of their knowledgebase.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Responsibilities
- Understanding and improving the codebase, writing and maintaining code, and working on bug fixes.
- Participating in meetings, responding to requests from the development team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including project coordinator, designers, and other software engineers.
- Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems, optimizing performance and scalability of the SaaS application, and conducting development tests.
- Gathering information from users about program functionality, and writing reports, documentation and guides.
- Architecting and designing the SaaS application, including its infrastructure and database schema, developing both frontend and backend components of the SaaS application.
- Implementing security measures to protect customer data and integrating subscription management features for billing and user management.
- Managing and implementing software updates and patches, ensuring that the SaaS application is always up-to-date with the latest features and security measures.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to SaaS development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on building SaaS applications.
- Strong proficiency in frontend and backend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Next.js and C#, .NET (MVC & Core).
- Experience with database systems such as SQL Server, building APIs, Cron jobs, and building billing with Stripe and seat management.
- Proficiency in Version control system like Git, GitHub, code first entity framework, and DevOps workflow.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly, follow instructions, work in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Detail-oriented.
