Job Description

The Position

Our Finance team brings together our financial perspectives into our overall strategic and tactical decision making. We use state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting and performance evaluation. This allows the organization to continue advancing medical innovation and improve lives.

As Finance Intern, you will get the experience of performing the daily operation of commercial finance in AP cluster. This will include financial accounting, month-end reporting, any activities that is within the scope of the commercial finance team in AP cluster. You will also have a close collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders; such as our Global Delivery Operations (GDO), auditors and cross functional business partners.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for AP invoices processing and dispute management with vendors.
• Assist in account reconciliation of accounts & maintenance of files and records.
• Prepare journal entries for accruals and month-end close.
• Assist in data preparation for statutory and tax audit.
• Assist in the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
  
  

Required Education, Experience And Skills

• Currently in the final year of university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to read and speak Mandarin.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Preferred internship duration: 6-12 months.
