Job Overview:

Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual concepts across various platforms and media. You will lead the team, collaborate with copywriters and other departments, and ensure that all creative assets align with the brand’s vision and objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

  • Lead the visual direction of projects and ensure consistency across all platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to translate strategic goals into impactful visual designs.
  • Oversee the production of all creative deliverables, including campaigns, ads, branding materials, packaging, and digital content.

Design and Concept Development:

  • Develop original creative concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure all design elements meet the highest quality standards, and that visual consistency is maintained across all projects.
  • Stay updated with design trends, technology advancements, and industry best practices to keep the company’s creative work innovative and fresh.

Team Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals.
  • Provide constructive feedback and ensure designs are executed within set timelines.
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to ensure cohesion between visuals and messaging.

Project Management:

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and according to the scope.
  • Maintain close communication with clients or internal teams to present ideas, provide updates, and address feedback.
  • Oversee photoshoots, video production, and other creative projects to ensure the final output aligns with the creative vision.

Brand Development:

  • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and reinforces the overall brand strategy.
  • Develop branding materials such as logos, packaging, brochures, and digital content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience Min 1 years as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or in-house team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
