Position Overview:

The Talent Development Manager will design, implement, and evaluate our organization’s talent development and OD initiatives. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization is designed to optimize the potential of our people and that our employees have the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to meet the current and future business objectives of Traveloka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent development, leadership coaching, and organizational development. Below are some of the key responsibilities but not limited to

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and values.

- Identify key talent gaps and design programs to address these needs.

2. Organizational Development:

- Implement initiatives to enhance organizational design and development.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and organizational efficiency.

3. Program Development and Management:

- Deliver a variety of training and development programs, including leadership development, skill-building workshops, and people development initiatives.

- Continuously evaluate and improve talent development programs based on feedback and performance data.

4. Performance Management:

- Provide guidance and support for stakeholders in conducting effective performance reviews.

- Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs to enhance managerial effectiveness in managing team performances

5. Technology and Tools:

- Leverage technology to enhance talent development programs, including learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other digital tools.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective people initiatives preferably in Tech, Telco or FMCG industries.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or a related field.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders effectively.

- Strong knowledge of OD and talent development strategies and methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analytics and learning management systems.

- Excellent self-awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills.
