About Us:

CARINA HARDY is a luxury jewelry brand that specializes in fine and demi-fine jewelry. We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team on-site at our office near Ubud.

Key Responsibilities:

Jewelry & Merchandising Management:

  • Assist with displaying, managing, and reporting on jewelry inventory.
  • Help with merchandising tasks at consignment shops.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks at the office and across all boutiques.

Order & Project Coordination:

  • Manage logistics (Gojek, DHL) and purchase materials.
  • Assist with sourcing findings and follow-up on project progress with vendors.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and tracking fulfillment.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Format and update data in Google Sheets.
  • Maintain updated dashboards and assist with report preparation.

Outreach & Coordination:

  • Manage contact lists and update contact status.
  • Visit vendors to communicate project goals and pick up materials.

Content & Social Media:

  • Prepare content for social media (cropping images, adding logos).
  • Upload content to Instagram and other platforms based on the provided schedule.

Administrative Support:

  • Organize company files, emails, and folders.
  • Upload product details and other content to the website.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Prior experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
