About Us:
CARINA HARDY is a luxury jewelry brand that specializes in fine and demi-fine jewelry. We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team on-site at our office near Ubud.
Key Responsibilities:
Jewelry & Merchandising Management:
- Assist with displaying, managing, and reporting on jewelry inventory.
- Help with merchandising tasks at consignment shops.
- Conduct regular inventory checks at the office and across all boutiques.
Order & Project Coordination:
- Manage logistics (Gojek, DHL) and purchase materials.
- Assist with sourcing findings and follow-up on project progress with vendors.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and tracking fulfillment.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Format and update data in Google Sheets.
- Maintain updated dashboards and assist with report preparation.
Outreach & Coordination:
- Manage contact lists and update contact status.
- Visit vendors to communicate project goals and pick up materials.
Content & Social Media:
- Prepare content for social media (cropping images, adding logos).
- Upload content to Instagram and other platforms based on the provided schedule.
Administrative Support:
- Organize company files, emails, and folders.
- Upload product details and other content to the website.
Skills & Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English.
- Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Prior experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
