Job Description

As a Principal Data Analyst, you will bring at least five years of experience in a principal or senior data analyst role within a data-driven business or startup environment. You are an exceptional analyst, fluent in SQL, and can quickly write complex queries with a keen attention to detail. Your experience with data warehouses like Google BigQuery and ability to deliver high-quality, accurate data work will be crucial for this role. You have a growth mindset, are keen to learn new technologies, and possess a strong interest in data principles.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions, and optimizing operational efficiency. You will work collaboratively across teams, turning data into insights and solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, including delivering well-crafted presentations, will ensure effective interaction with diverse audiences.

What We Are Looking For

1. Strong Analytical Skills: You are a meticulous analyst, fluent in SQL, and have experience with data warehouses like Google BigQuery.
2. Communication & Presentation: You can convey complex topics to diverse audiences and create well-crafted presentations in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Job Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in an analytical role at a data-driven company or tech startup.
2. Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, or a technical discipline.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proven experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
5. Proficiency in Python or R is preferred.
6. Highly organized in your work, with a strong attention to detail and an understanding of reproducible data practices.
7. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
8. Experience working with financial data, ensuring accuracy in analysis and reporting.
