Job Description:

As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in our Sprint Team, working closely with Back-End Developers, Front-End Developers, Product Owner, Quality Assurance, and the Project Manager. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and improving documentation for our Healthcare Management System (SIM-RS) project. Your focus will be on delivering clear and comprehensive documentation, covering various aspects such as requirements, system design, and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in documenting web-based applications, with an ability to develop structured formats for documentation.
  • Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Experience in creating system architecture for web applications (experience in healthcare or SIM-RS is a plus).
  • Familiarity with documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and strong analytical abilities.
  • Flexibility to work hybrid, with availability to visit the office for team interviews and project discussions as needed.
