Sales Marketing Executive

Requirements:

• Has minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or forwarding business
• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marine Studies/Administration/ Management/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Good analytical skills, computer literate and able to operate MS Office application
• Proficient in English both spoken & written
• Thrive for success, able to work under pressure, and be positive toward change and challenge

Responsibilities:

• Understand and apply Incoterms and export-import procedures.
• Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Verify job sheets and operational costs before billing.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, global partners, and shipping lines to ensure smooth operations.
• Address and resolve issues in coordination with relevant departments.
• Prepare sales, profit/loss reports, and monitor daily operations to meet targets.
• Actively pursue new sales leads, follow up on quotations, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Regularly report activities and meet clients to strengthen business ties.
