MidPlaza Holding is seeking a talented and experienced Human Capital Development Manager to join our Corporate Office team. As the HCD Manager, you will be responsible to oversee employee management and development in the organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement Human Capital Development strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Organizational Development, Talent Management, excellent leadership, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee succession planning identification and processes to ensure a pipeline of talent, and create development plans to prepare them for leadership roles
  • Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure critical roles are filled
  • Monitor & analyze talent management metrics to assess program effectiveness
  • Lead change management efforts during organizational transformations
  • Implement performance management systems & standards to assess and enhance employee performance
  • Work with leadership to develop strategies that enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction
  • Design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals
  • Participate in Human Capital Development initiatives


Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Law, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in similar role, with at least 3 years in managerial position
  • A passion for fostering positive organizational change and employee development
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all level of stakeholders in the organization
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skill
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
