- Maintain accurate records of tender documentation, including contracts, proposals, and supporting materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of all tender submissions and follow-up on deadlines and queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and compile the necessary documents for tender applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or tender management.
- Experience in handling tender documents and managing administrative tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
