This role will be responsible for executing learning and development initiatives as well as managing performance activities within the company. Responsibilities:

Lead the learning & development activities that are aligned with company needs (goal, competency matrix, performance review result, etc)

  • Design, execute, evaluate learning strategies and programs according to company and individual development needs as well as provide development analysis and assess learning effectiveness
  • Oversee development budgets and negotiate as well as manage deals with respective third-party (learning platform, external facilitators, etc.)
  • Organize people engagement activities, including but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding process, office events, and employee survey

Manage the end-to-end performance management implementation for the company

  • Support the Head of People in designing performance management strategy and process that enables the company to identify strengths and weaknesses of the team and drive feedback culture
  • Co-lead the implementation of performance review with Head of HR, ranging from setting up timeline, driving socialization, organizing calibration meetings and executing post-reviews actions.
  • Be a thought partner for users in executing performance review meetings & performance improvement plan
  • Manage the process for building and maintaining job descriptions, job leveling, competency metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance management, learning & development, or HR strategy with a track record of successfully executing complex HR initiatives.
  • Proven ability to implement HR strategies and processes end-to-end, including performance management, learning & development, and job leveling systems.
  • Highly driven to meet company goals and ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives.
  • Meticulous in planning, executing, and evaluating processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with leadership, employees, and third-party vendors.
