Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations and Administrative Coordinator at MAM Corporate Solutions in Kemayoran. The Coordinator will manage client relations, provide exceptional customer service, ensure organizational efficiency, and oversee project management tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
- Prior experience in client communication and administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, To-Do, Lists).
- Detail-oriented: Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Proactive: Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
