Job Description:

Facilities Services Assistant Manager is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of an organization. He/She ensures that an organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. Duties vary with the nature of the organization, but facilities manager/assistant manager generally focuses on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs whilst increasing productivity

Job description & responsibilities:

  • Facility Operations to ensure the smooth operation of all office facilities and equipment at Sun Life Indonesia, minimizing disruptions to company operations. This includes overseeing housekeeping, security and office supplies.
  • Project and Space Management. Conduct reviews and analysis of the office space needed in each Department based on the headcount projection and planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
  • Office Services. Provide the appropriate report on service levels of facility and maintenance area and analyze results for further corrective actions and/or improvements

Qualifications & preferred skills:

  • University Degree preferably graduated from Civil Engineering or Architect
  • 5 years of facilities management experience preferred
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
  • Knowledge of office management
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point. Microsoft access and AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Good Communication skills (Written and Oral in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
  • Leadership, strong work ethic, analytical, adaptive, and collaborative.
