Role Description

This is a freelance role for an Event Setup and Decoration Assistant at conserve&celebrate. This role will focus on assisting with event decoration and setup tasks to ensure our sustainable themes are executed beautifully.

Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in event decoration or setup.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines.
  • Ability to lift and move event materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude.
  • Creativity and a passion for sustainability
  • Previous experience in event setup and decoration is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setting up decorations and event spaces.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure all materials are properly handled and displayed.
  • Help with arranging furniture, decor, signage, and other event elements.
  • Ensure waste reduction practices during setup and post-event clean-up.
  • Provide hands-on support during event days to ensure smooth preparation.

Compensation:

IDR 750.000 - IDR 1.000.000 per event (typically 1-2 days of work depending on event size).
