Compawnion is Indonesia's leading fresh dog & cat food company driven by love and science. With our goal to change the landscape of the pet food industry, we would like to partner with you as Graphic Designer in this movement.
For this role, you will be placed in one of our brands, Catto cat food, which the aim of this role is to deliver design according to brand and company needs in order to achieve marketing activation goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver design with a thinking process for overall brand and company needs.
- Help conceive smart, effective, and creative ideas crafted for product, brand promotion, and marketing activities in various content format. This includes design, or helping produce images, graphics and social video content.
- Develop and design new physical brand touch points including packaging, when opportunities arise.
- Explore with the team to keep looking for creative ideas in creating works/content.
- Identify customer's needs and recommend new topics on business needs and objectives.
- Creatively responding to data and insights from marketing reports.
- Partner and direct third party for upcoming projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design or relevant field.
- You have minimum 1 year of experience in the design industry, preferably at a creative or brand agency (a portfolio with creative, relevant work for which you were primarily responsible is required) with experience designing for a wide range of brand and marketing channels.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Creative, Figma, etc.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design.
- Experience with UI/UX in FMCG company would be a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome (please provide your portfolio).
- You're a true cat person -- even if you don’t have one!
- Willing to work from our office at Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Banten.
