Operation Optimization Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and guide the optimization team to meet performance goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and key metrics to monitor progress and optimize operations.
• Project Management: Oversee improvement projects and ensure they are completed on time and deliver results.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments (fleet, driver operations, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or process optimization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams.
• Experience with process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Proficiency in data analysis and project management.
