Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Headhunter at Dora Group Indonesia in Jakarta. The Senior Headhunter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-level executives for Chinese enterprises expanding internationally. The role involves building and maintaining relationships, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of headhunting experience from a well-known Indonesian headhunting company

- ⁠Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- ⁠Fluency in English

- ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

- ⁠Possessing experience and candidates for functional positions, and having resources for Chinese candidates

- ⁠There are a large number of human third party partners.

- ⁠Experience in executive search, talent acquisition, and recruitment
