About the location:

Four Season Residences is a complex with 4 luxury residential towers of 35 floors each, for total of 470 units. Built on 2,4 hectares of land in 1998-1999. Four Seasons Residences is located in Setiabudi, just between Jalan Rasuna Said and Jalan SUdirman. Those two streets are the most important of the business district of Jakarta, with may prestigious office towers and hotels. About The Role

Supervise all staff of fitness to ensure all day-to-day standards and procedures are adhered to and delivered at the highest level. Facilitate training and evaluations of assigned fitness staff. Ensure all administration duties including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, and expense/supply are maintained and effective.

What You Will Do

  • Greet guests/members at entrance and properly register all hotel guests and guests of members. Offer amenities and orientation of the facility. Offer water and cold towels every 20 minutes. Offer to assist with equipment as necessary.
  • Ability to train and evaluate all new and current staff. Ability to coach, counsel, and discipline employees to properly motivate to ensure FS standards and procedures are adhered.
  • Handle all member/guests interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with club or hotel services.
  • Properly book all necessary reservations that pertain to necessary fitness services or activities i.e. spin class, personal training, and summer program.
  • Appropriately utilize logbook, e-mails, voice mails, and glitch system as vehicles of communication to ensure members/guests satisfaction with all services provided in the fitness area.
  • Ability to offer first aide or CPR as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of fitness are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all fitness equipment and venues for the hotel guests and members.

  • Hospitality Diploma or Equivalent Experienced
  • Experienced in the position for up to 2 years
  • Excellent leadership skill
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Have a good knowledge in sport activities, sport equipment and healthy lifestyle
