This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager at Aarti Wellness in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, developing and implementing spa promotions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experiences in Sales within Wellness or Beauty industry (experience in an aesthetic or beauty clinic is a significant plus).
  • Strong understanding of massage therapies, wellness solutions, and skincare treatments, with the ability to showcase their unique value to clients.
  • Proven leadership skills that inspire and develop a sales team, with experience in training and mentoring.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building lasting client relationships.
  • A proactive mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, along with the ability to analyze data and implement improvements.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for wellness and beauty, staying updated on industry trends and innovations.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer interactions, including greeting clients, explaining our services, and providing consultations.
  • Sales & Upselling: Actively promote and upsell services and products, tailoring recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Personnel Management: Manage all personnel at the outlet (including Spa Therapists, Office Girls, and Security), ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and services to effectively showcase our offerings.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
