Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and communicating change management initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of performance management in HR.
- Assist in managing employee benefit programs, including insurance administration, ensuring comprehensive coverage for employees.
- Assist in managing employee learning and development programs.
- Contribute to the organization of internal office engagement, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Offer administrative support for various HR functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a relevant field, such as Law, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Indonesian, verbally and in writing, to interact with candidates, employees, and external partners.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Canva for creating presentations and visual content.
- Committed to join for 3-month internship.
