Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and communicating change management initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and tracking of performance management in HR.
  • Assist in managing employee benefit programs, including insurance administration, ensuring comprehensive coverage for employees.
  • Assist in managing employee learning and development programs.
  • Contribute to the organization of internal office engagement, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Offer administrative support for various HR functions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a relevant field, such as Law, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Indonesian, verbally and in writing, to interact with candidates, employees, and external partners.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Canva for creating presentations and visual content.
  • Committed to join for 3-month internship.
