Job Description:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in available positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
- Facilitate the interview process, including conducting in-person or virtual interviews.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve our hiring processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related major.
- Proven experience (more than 3 years) as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Full Proficiency in English or Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Working Location is in BSD, Tangerang.
