Job Description:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
  4. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in available positions.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
  6. Facilitate the interview process, including conducting in-person or virtual interviews.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve our hiring processes.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related major.
  2. Proven experience (more than 3 years) as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
  3. Full Proficiency in English or Mandarin.
  4. Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  7. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  9. Working Location is in BSD, Tangerang.
