Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crewing Officer at DESE Crew Management in Denpasar. The Crewing Officer will be responsible for managing crews, communication, crewing, operations management, and ship management on a daily basis.

  • Managing Crews and Operations Management skills
  • Communication and Crewing skills
  • Experience in Ship Management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or related field is a plus
