Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee and ensure the quality assurance and quality control of construction projects. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the QA/QC processes and standards, ensuring that all construction activities meet regulatory, client, and company quality requirements. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work closely with the project team and external stakeholders.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee and ensure the quality assurance and quality control of construction projects. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the QA/QC processes and standards, ensuring that all construction activities meet regulatory, client, and company quality requirements. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work closely with the project team and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans for construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain and manage QA/QC documentation and reports.
- Oversee material testing and inspection procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure material quality.
- Train and guide teams on QA/QC procedures.
- Identify and resolve quality issues on-site.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality.
- Ensure compliance with local and international construction standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- First-hand experience as a QA/QC Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control processes, safety regulations, and construction standards (ISO, ASTM, ACI, etc.).
- Familiarity with quality control software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team to meet project quality goals.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Construction Quality Manager (CCQM) are a plus.
