Payroll Services Senior Associate Manager - Audit

Scope of Work:

• Maintain the payroll compliance audit and due diligence project within Traveloka Group, from both external financial auditor and internal auditor in order to achieve timely Financial Statement production for Traveloka Group.
• Ensure monthly Traveloka statutory compliance (e.g. income tax, worker social security, health social security) for all Countries.
• Assist the company’s ad hoc project in the area of payroll.
• Build synergy and positive relationship with internal stakeholders (Accounting team, Consolidation team, Tax team, FP&A team, POPS team, Procurement team) and provide regular reports to support their business unit in a timely manner (e.g. payroll summary report, Headcount report, Profit and Cost Center report).
• Build synergy and positive relationship with external stakeholders (payroll vendor, external auditor/consultant, government institution such as social security agency) to ensure smooth payroll audit process and achieve fully compliance.
• Assist Payroll Services Manager in the payroll process improvement (e.g. provide payroll portal, payroll learning database), payroll system integration with Traveloka’s HRIS.
• Ensure compliance for both new entity establishment and entity-closure to fully comply with the standard requirements.
• Maintain and Secure payroll audit trails, documentations, reconciliations (monthly / quarterly / annually) in order to store complete payroll evidences for future audit as well as achieve payroll accountability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll assistant manager
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related field from reputable university
• excellent communication with multi-stakeholders in different countries
• exposure in multi-countries payroll processing
• have excellent knowledge in excel
• able to adapt with fast-paced environment
• have solid experience in HRIS
