Role Description

This is a full-time on-site KYC Admin Internship role located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The KYC Admin Intern will be responsible for tasks related to Know Your Customer processes on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Analytical Skills for data processing and problem-solving
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance for KYC procedures
  • Basic understanding of Finance concepts
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of KYC regulations and processes is a plus
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Job Description:

  • KYC Verification: Verify candidate data such as ID cards (KTP), SIM, STNK, Emergency Contact to ensure all information is accurate.
  • Candidate Tracking: Ensure only candidates with complete KYC verification move forward in the recruitment process.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the onboarding team to avoid delays and ensure smooth candidate transitions.
