Position: E-Commerce Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at panganpokok.id in Tangerang. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales platform, implementing e-commerce strategies, providing customer service support, analyzing sales data, and enhancing communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s online stores across various platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia).

• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and traffic.

• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics and generate sales reports.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and upload promotional content.

• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (preferably in HoReCa or general distribution).

• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and sales strategies.

• Familiarity with online platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop or Lazada.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
