Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and production capacity.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align production plans with customer requirements.
- Adjust production schedules in response to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or machine downtime.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock movements and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials needed for production.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate communication across departments.
- Ensure that production processes adhere to food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has at least 3-5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Certification in supply chain management or related fields is desirable.
