Live Stream Trainer / Leader

Job Description:

1. Responsible for creating training materials for hosts and middle controllers and ensuring their quality. Study job requirements for other positions for hosts and middle controllers and develop them into professional standards.
2. Manage training schedules and assessments for newly joined hosts and middle controllers. Coordinate with HR and operational departments to ensure timely training and a smooth start for new employees.
3. Oversee training and performance assessments for new hosts and middle controllers, ensuring they meet minimum competency standards once they start working.
4. Monitor and supervise the daily professional standards of trained hosts and middle controllers.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of work experience. Experience as a host supervisor/leader, instructor, or in live broadcast operations is preferred.
2. Personality and Skills: Stable personality, ability to handle pressure, and willingness to delve into the new media industry.
3. Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities and proficiency in cross-department coordination.
4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is preferred.
