  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any related field
  • Has experience of around 1-3 years in Sales and Marketing from Medical Lab or Medical Services
  • Strong experience in the medical devices field and medical checkup products.
  • Communicative in English, both oral and written is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills

General Responsibilities

  • Market the company's products and services.
  • Determine the work priority scale.
  • Maintain clear two-way communication about what both parties expect.
  • Provide friendly and pleasant service.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Meet customer documentation requirements.
  • Complete and ensure the completeness of documents.
  • Follow the document flow from the initial proposal process, and the contract to the completion of the project work.
  • Contacting and looking for Person in Charge (PIC) at every level of work.
  • Approach and find new customers.
  • Make a timeline for each existing project.
  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Follow up on requests, questions, and customer complaints.
  • Cooperate with the finance department in the context of billing project terms.
  • Responsible for the completeness of the documents for each project work.
  • Responsible for the completeness of documents as a partner in each fiscal year.
  • Take responsibility for the smooth payment.
  • Responsible for all job descriptions given by the management.
  • Documenting all meetings in the form of photos per meeting and evaluating meetings per month.
  • Coordinate with the Product Development team to create packages according to the customers' requests.
  • Creating a database for Medical Check Up and Medical Supplies/Devices clients.
