Key Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing managers to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and desired outcomes. Translate these requirements into actionable campaign plans.
- Ensure accurate audience segmentation, scheduling, and tracking mechanisms are in place.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement levels. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design A/B tests for various campaign elements (e.g., subject lines, messaging, visuals) to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Meticulous when setting up campaigns, as accuracy is critical for tracking and reporting.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in priorities and strategies.
