About the Role:

• Reports to Global Deployment Manager, Operations.
• The primary duty of Reporting Analyst is to gather data and create Statistical Reports for review.
• Building inventory related reports for management, creating dashboards, etc.
• Transfer Project Management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration across departments and support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of data information in a timely manner.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Program Management

Manage Product Transfer Program within factories requested by Sales/Management

Effectively communicate program updates, engage with stakeholders, and manage expectations to ensure alignment and support for program goals and raise any concerns/roadblocks on operation to meet the Transfer Plan.

Engage with Customer service and planning to review capacity on new product initiatives and work closely with Program Managers.

Track and provide regular updates on project/program status.

• Inventory Management

Identify, highlight, and work with sales to resolve any excess and obsolescence.

Manage the inventory on the basis of justified risk to meet agreed business objectives/targets.

Develop action tracker.

Report Analysis

Establish & publish Weekly/Monthly Inventory Report to Management

• Weekly Inventory Movement Report
• Weekly inventory Analysis by Item
• Weekly Inventory Analysis by OEM
• Analysis of top 20 customers with high finished goods
• Monthly Aging report, E & O Report and push CSR/Sales on the consume plans
• Monthly Asia Pacific / APAC Reports (Batam/Vietnam)
• Monthly Transit Lead Time Analysis

Establish & publish weekly Capacity Outlook (Heng Gang, Zhongshan, Batam, Vietnam).

Perform any other related projects/tasks as needed by the Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, or other related field

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the similar environment.
• Strong analytical, financial skills and critical thinking abilities, with capacity to interpret complex data.
• Good communication skills in terms of presentation, documentation, and verbal communication, along with a positive attitude for teamwork.
• Use computer software to collect, compile, and review business data.
• Strong knowledge in the use of ERP applications, MRPII
• Systematic with strong work organization capability
• A strong network of key people in Sales, Engineering and Operations
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes and develop and implement effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and or Chinese)
• Methodical and pragmatic decision maker
• Self-Starter. High personal integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and overall computer literacy.
