Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling inquiries from Tax Office (e.g SP2DK)
  2. Working across functions in Tax Dispute (Tax Audit, Objection, Appeal, Judicial Review).
  3. Managing data and review for Transfer Pricing Documentation
  4. Working across functions to review fiscal correction on the calculation of Corporate Income Tax
  5. Reviewing and proposing corporate agreement related to tax
  6. Sharing and updating new tax regulation to related functions
  7. Providing recommendations to other function in implementation of tax regulation
  8. Involving in Tax-related projects

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in Taxation/Accounting major
  2. Minimum 3 years as Tax Supervisor, preferably have experience in handling FMCG Industries/Manufacturing company
  3. Experience in handling inquiries from Tax Office (e.g SP2DK) and Tax Dispute (Tax Audit, Objection, Appeal, Judicial Review).
  4. Experience in handling Transfer Pricing Documentation
  5. Have Brevet A&B (C is a plus advantage)
  6. Good understanding of Indonesia Tax Regulations
  7. Good understanding of Basic Accounting Principles
  8. Good communication skills
  9. Familiarity with windows, tax software (E-SPT and Tax Reporting system)
