Job Description :
- Keep track, schedule, and process all payments and expenditures for vendors, government agencies and employees
- Ensure accurate and complete recording of the transactions in the system
- Secure and file all pertinent source documents (e.g., PO, invoices, check vouchers, official receipts, etc.)
- Prepare remittances and reports to government agencies (e.g., BIR, BOC, LGUs, etc.) Proper and timely reconciliation of accounts
- Prepare analyses of accounts and periodic financial reports
- Propose and develop sound accounting processes and system Including risks and controls
- Ensure compliance In taxation and SEC reporting and regulations
Job Specification :
- Minimum Degree in accounting
- 5 years experiences in accounting and tax
- Have experiences as Accounting & Tax Supervisor in reputable multinational company
-Deep understanding and have experience in (acc. Receiveable, acc. Payable, Tax, Treasury, accounting journal and reconciliation)
