We’re looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our Instagram presence and drive meaningful growth through strategic and creative content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Instagram strategy that aligns with our brand values.
• Plan and curate the Instagram grid with engaging, visually cohesive content.
• Write compelling, on-brand captions optimized for engagement and growth.
• Manage daily Instagram stories, re-share user-generated content, and maintain active engagement.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and answering DMs in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategies for continuous improvement.
• Provide monthly reporting on key social media metrics and actionable insights to improve performance.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be based in Bali
• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for fashion or lifestyle brands, with a successful track record (references required).
• Strong understanding of Instagram best practices, trends, and tools for optimizing engagement and follower growth.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to align content with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing social interactions.
