Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on production goals and timelines.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Request for a new order in reference to the materials plan.
- Able to planned and reviewed materials for customer orders.
- Expedite materials through purchasing.
- Alternate source plan for urgent orders and cost saving.
- Handling materials shipment to respective production sites.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules to meet customer demands.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to address any issues or changes in the schedule.
- Co-ordinate FG rejects replacement to all production sites.
- Converting non-moving and obsolete items to active parts.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans as needed to avoid shortages or overstock.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 3 - 5 years' work experiences with same role.
- English communication skill is a must
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs especially Microsoft Excel.
