Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on production goals and timelines.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Request for a new order in reference to the materials plan.
  • Able to planned and reviewed materials for customer orders.
  • Expedite materials through purchasing.
  • Alternate source plan for urgent orders and cost saving.
  • Handling materials shipment to respective production sites.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to address any issues or changes in the schedule.
  • Co-ordinate FG rejects replacement to all production sites.
  • Converting non-moving and obsolete items to active parts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans as needed to avoid shortages or overstock.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 3 - 5 years' work experiences with same role.
  • English communication skill is a must
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs especially Microsoft Excel.
