- Under broad direction, optimizes account potential by directing activity of the account team.
- Maximizes and sustains profitability of the client and market penetration/share by matching the total array of the company's technical, commercial and operational capabilities to the client's needs.

- Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or similar disciplines and minimum of 3~5 years of related sales experience.
- Account Leader needs to exhibit attributes such as; a recognized team builder including relationship building both internal and external to ESG, good communication skills, motivator and innovative business skills.
- Good understanding and comprehensive knowledge of competitor and local upstream markets, contracting and financial strategies.
- Good communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
- Due to project requirements only open for Indonesian Passport Holder.
