Profile Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Textile.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in weaving of textile manufacturing company (weaving designer & must familiar with weaving machine).
• Familiar with Yarn Products & Technology; familiar with Spinning process is a must (R&D yarn)
  
  

Job Requirements

Job Purpose

To develop new and innovative Knit/Woven fabrics made out of ABY products and analyse their performance by dyeing & finishing, garmenting and testing to create unique selling proposition and ensure quality.

Product Development

• Able to convert all new yarn developments into final finished fabrics and garments
• To make proactive collections in fabrics and garments by analysing market trends
• Able to decode and analyse new samples from customer or market for replication
• Job work of Fabric Development
• Make Costing, process guidelines and Doing tests of proactive collection and customer complaint samples
  
  

WCM

• Preparing and maintaining plant operation documents on daily basis, MIS
• Optimum utilization and maintaining stock of yarns, machine spares
• On time repair and maintenance of machines
• 5S implementation
  
  

Quality Support

• Able to analyse any abnormality in yarn after knitting, weaving and dyeing in order to maintain quality of spinning plant and to resolve customer complaints.
• Decoding & analysing customer’s complaint samples
