Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market penetration.
Lead, motivate, and evaluate a team of Medical Sales Representatives.
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for upper management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability.
Train and develop team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 4 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in driving sales and managing a sales team.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the designated area.
Domicile in Samarinda is preferred
