Responsibilities:

  1. Develop the framework and policies for the corporate quality management system.
  2. Lead and facilitate the implementation of ISO certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, 37001, and ISO 20000 across business units within the corporate structure. This includes overseeing audit certification, guiding the certification process, and ensuring effective follow-up.
  3. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to formulate and execute action plans addressing any identified non-conformities during certification audits.
  4. Assume responsibility for the annual Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
  5. Synthesize comprehensive materials, document activities, and report task progress through regular management meetings.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in any major.
  2. Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have specialized in fields related to ISO Certification, e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001).
  3. Professional certifications such as CRMP, BCMCP, ISO 37001, or ISO 27001 are advantageous.
  4. Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages is desirable.
  5. Exhibit proficient analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills, which will be considered an additional asset.
