We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing our online marketing strategy across various digital platforms, with a focus on growing our presence in e-commerce, social media, and through strategic endorsements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and brand online.
  • Optimize our e-commerce presence across platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and future online marketplaces.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive engagement and brand recognition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, online communities, and project endorsers in the tools and hardware industry.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to drive traffic and conversions to our online platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze web traffic and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create compelling content and promotions for online campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and platforms, identifying new opportunities for growth

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in online marketing and e-commerce, preferably within a B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing tactics.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.
  • Experience in social media marketing, influencer outreach, and project endorsements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Passion for tools, hardware, or a related industry is a plus.
