RUMANAMI is a boutique hotel, bar and restaurant located in Kemang, South Jakarta. We provide 34 rooms with private bath-rooms, room-breakfast, bar and restaurant, and also wedding/ private event facilities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer at Rumanami hotel. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing exceptional customer service, operating office equipment, and assisting with office administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Hotel Management Software
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Indonesian and English
