Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to find qualified candidates.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to fill open roles efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring talent.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Willing to work at Pluit, North Jakarta / PIK 2, Tanggerang
