Responsibilities

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to find qualified candidates.
  2. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to fill open roles efficiently and effectively.
  4. Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring talent.
  3. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  5. Willing to work at Pluit, North Jakarta / PIK 2, Tanggerang
