TNP Group, a retail industry leader, is seeking a Senior Partnership Specialist to join our team in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will identify and manage business opportunities with B2B merchants and brands, lead partnership negotiations, and ensure successful collaborations. You will also manage one junior staff member, overseeing their development and contributing to our business growth. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, at least 2 years of experience in business development within the retail sector, strong negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities aligned with company strengths for mutually beneficial collaborations with B2b,merchants/brands.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to position TNP's brand effectively within the industry.
  • Innovate and implement creative business packages (e.g., free gifts, product bartering) tailored to attract potential brands, merchant, corporate, and community.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and client outreach initiatives.
  • Identify suitable merchant and brand partners, leading the engagement process from initial contact to formal collaboration.
  • Conduct and lead both online and offline presentations and negotiations with potential partners, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Draft partnership agreements and oversee their adherence throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Prepare and manage necessary data for inbound and outbound product processes as per partnership agreements.
  • Ensure partnership products are accurately displayed and promoted on ecommerce platforms.
  • Act as a key representative for TNP during expos and industry events, driving brand visibility and partnership opportunities.
  • Report directly to senior management to ensure compliance with company guidelines and standards for new clients and business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on B2B partnerships, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Strong ability to conduct market and competitor analysis, with a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
