  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Technical Success Manager (Project Manager) to join our Product Team. You will be helping understand customers' technical needs and achieve their goals. This will ultimately help the customer benefit tremendously from the use of Jublia’s Technology. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical guidance to clients and partners; develop solutions to address ongoing technical client requirements with the aim of growing product usage.
  • Define, develop, manage, and document project schedules/milestones, proactively drive project-related issues to appropriate resolution, and plan for contingencies due to production-related risks.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships that enable the team to look forward and plan interdepartmental tasks without friction.
  • Devise and implement processes and tools to improve cross-departmental communication and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experienced in using Python for development.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and time management skills.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to the outlined scope and timeline.
  • Willingness to work in multiple time zones as our clients operate around the world.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Business English.
  • Familiar with API.
