Agency Relations Manager

Job Description:

The Agency Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with third-party agencies. This role will involve regular communication, collaboration on projects, and ensuring that our partnerships align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for relationship management, and a background in real estate management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key agency partners to drive business growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies for agency partnerships.
• Monitor and report on agency performance metrics and partnership outcomes.
• Organize regular meetings or online (Zoom) meetings with agency partners or management.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns tailored for agency partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2-3years of experience in relationship management; experience in real estate will be a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
