Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, developing machine learning models, and extracting valuable insights to drive data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with MLOps practices is a plus, and we welcome candidates with at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Machine Learning Modeling: Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems and optimize processes.
• Predictive Analytics: Build predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
• MLOps Integration: Collaborate with the MLOps team to integrate machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and make improvements as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to deliver data science solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of analysis methodologies, data sources, and model development processes.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data science, machine learning, and MLOps.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in data science, including hands-on experience with machine learning modeling and data analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and/or tools like pandas.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model deployment and monitoring, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex, unstructured datasets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
