Qualifications:

  • Minimum education SMU in Office Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in General Affairs or a similar role.
  • Able to drive a car and have a valid SIM A and SIM C (Mandatory).
  • Has knowledge in vehicle maintenance and capable of handling company vehicle operations.
  • Understand the flow of operational car management (operational maintanance).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work fast, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Having good communication (verbal and written).
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD, Tangerang Selatan (WFO)

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in managing the general affairs functions to support employees and internal operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with GA vendors, including office building services, operational car maintanance.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues related to office supplies, pantry needs, and other corporate requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and services.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in any other general administrative tasks as required.
