Qualifications:
- Minimum education SMU in Office Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in General Affairs or a similar role.
- Able to drive a car and have a valid SIM A and SIM C (Mandatory).
- Has knowledge in vehicle maintenance and capable of handling company vehicle operations.
- Understand the flow of operational car management (operational maintanance).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work fast, multitasking and time management skills.
- Having good communication (verbal and written).
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD, Tangerang Selatan (WFO)
What You Will Do:
- Assist in managing the general affairs functions to support employees and internal operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with GA vendors, including office building services, operational car maintanance.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues related to office supplies, pantry needs, and other corporate requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and services.
- Provide excellent internal customer service to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Assist in any other general administrative tasks as required.
